Ilkleyhood is a social forum for men new to, or already established in, the Ilkley area, which meets up informally for a drink once a month. The monthly meeting dates are shown below.
Ilkleyhood is run by four men, some of whom are fairly new to the area. We wanted to meet new people outside work – so we set up this group.
If you are new to the area, or have lived here for years, feel free to come along to the next meeting. Anyone living or working in Ilkley, Burley in Wharfedale, Addingham or anywhere else nearby is very welcome.
As well as the monthly meetings we also organise the odd trip to see some live music or comedy and there are some keen mountain bikers and runners in the group. We also organise other events, such as barbecues and curry nights.
The next event is a 'cultural' trip to Bradford on Thursday 1st April (day before Good Friday) for drinks and then a curry. For more details contact us@ilkleyhood.org
